Pro Industry is a fast-growing recruitment agency specializing in connecting production professionals with the right employers. Operating multiple labels and processing thousands of applications each week, their success depends on speed, flexibility, and control over their recruitment processes.

As application volumes increased and the organization continued to grow, Pro Industry recognized that their technology needed to evolve as well, not just to support today’s operations, but to enable tomorrow’s ambitions.

The challenge

Pro Industry’s existing applicant tracking system (ATS) had supported the business well in its early growth phase. However, once weekly application volumes exceeded 1,000 and processes became more differentiated per label, the limitations became increasingly clear:
